EPRI’s NDE and WRTC teams have positioned themselves to be global leaders in Nondestructive Evaluation, Welding, and Materials for the Energy industry. Research results are also used to inform engineering analyses, flexible power operations, plant life extension decisions, and code and regulatory actions related to pre-service and in-service inspections, repairs, and materials management program examinations.
